David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Malaga office.
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Malaga, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
Contract type: full time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account managementCreating the business environment for sustained growth on the accountDeveloping and maintaining the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activityResearch new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accountsPrepare commercial and technical service proposals - Focus on driving profitability through proactive management - Execute and achieve sales quota and targetsTrack, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls REQUIREMENTS: Solid Sales BackgroundFluent Dutch (C2) and English at native levelStrong communication skillsAchievement and goal orientedMotivated and self-starterPrevious experience working with channelPrevious experience in Sales B2BDynamic and Energetic BENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance Full-time contract Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM Great office location in Malaga Career development program and specialized courses Opportunities for a career abroad through the International Mobility Program A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential
