Great and passionate people who collaborate, support and complement each other's skills.We are one of Europe's leading low-cost airlines, with special relevance in the Spanish domestic market, as well as in France and Italy. Job PurposeWe are seeking a Revenue Management analyst responsible for maximizing revenue for a set of routes within Vueling´s network.You will use different inventory control methods and tools to define the strategy and implement it to get the optimal fare for a given flight, according to demand elasticity.In this role, you will have the chance to gain a broad view of the Vueling Airlines business with a special focus on Revenue Management activities.Main AccountabilitiesWithin this role, you'll be responsible for the delivery of the revenue for a set of routes of the VY network.You'll be measured on the correct implementation of the strategies applied in different markets to improve our key commercial KPIs such as RASK, load factor, ticket yield, ancillary share, interest, and conversion.Main Responsibilities - TasksResponsible for managing seat inventory using forecasting models combined with recent data trends and knowledge of market behavior.Perform analysis of future trends including market growth, seasonality, and competitors' actions among others, and proactively define strategies to minimize threats and seize opportunities.Effectively communicate route revenue performances to upper management.Leading innovation through creativity and analytical excellence.Achieving higher automation for the Revenue Management processes.Main RelationshipsThis role will offer great exposure to a wide variety of areas within the Revenue management team as well as several departments of the Commercial area.You will be in direct contact on a day-to-day basis with the Revenue Management Systems, as well as the different Commercial team members (Network, Ancillaries, and Sales).EducationUniversity Degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, Math, Stats, or a Scientific degreeExperience Experience in Revenue Management, market analysis, business management or a related field.Airline experience is valued.Competencies Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to assemble information, extract pertinent facts, draw logical conclusions, and present recommendations.Ability to use data query (SQL) tools and to construct advanced analytics using Python.Experience with end-users BI Tools is preferable: Alteryx, Tableau, Business ob-jects, PowerBI, or other equivalent tools.Good communication skills and ability to interact with various teams.Proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Results-oriented and team player attitude.Resilient, and able to adapt quickly to strategy, process, ways of work, and industry changes.Very organized, extremely responsible, and careful with every detail.Languages English: C1Spanish: fluent highly valuedOther LocationViladecans - HC Level Vueling is the first Top Employer airline in EuropeVueling is the first European airline and the first low-cost airline in the world to obtain this certification, based on Vueling's results in the Top Employers Institute's HR Best Practices Survey, and covers six areas of human resources across 20 different topics.
