As an After Sales Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our After Sales operations within the assigned Area.
This role requires a strategic thinker, a team leader, and a customer-focused individual with a strong background in automotive aftersales.Key Responsibilities:Single Point of Contact:Serve as the primary point of contact for all After Sales matters in the designated Area.Coordinate and facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments and the central Aftersales organization.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the Aftersales sector.Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and increase Aftersales revenue.Parts and Accessories Follow-Up:Oversee parts and accessories inventory management and distribution within the Region.Monitor stock levels, demand, and ordering processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations.Warranty Spending:Manage and optimize warranty spending, ensuring that warranty claims are processed efficiently and cost-effectively.Implement data-driven solutions to reduce warranty-related costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.Technical Support:Oversee and support when required the Dealer's technical department, escalating main problems/issues.
Support with systems and processes training ensuring the proper use of specific special tools, software & programs.Track and follow up Technical KPIs ensuring proper correction measures and implementation of deviation action plans.Operational Excellence:Oversee and optimize all Aftersales activities, including service, parts, warranty, and customer support, to meet or exceed KPIs.Ensure that processes, procedures, and customer service standards are consistent and of the highest quality.Customer Satisfaction:Maintain a strong customer-centric focus, addressing customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.Develop and implement customer satisfaction programs and feedback mechanisms to enhance overall customer experience.Budget and Financial Management:Develop and manage Dealer's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.Regularly analyze financial performance and take necessary actions to achieve financial targets.Vendor and Dealer Relationships:Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and authorized dealers to ensure the availability of genuine parts and effective support services.Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party service providers.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure that all operations within the region comply with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.Implement quality assurance and control measures to guarantee the highest level of service and parts quality.Reporting and Analysis:Provide regular reports to the regional and corporate management teams on Dealers performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Automotive Management, Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).Extensive experience in aftersales management within the automotive industry, preferably within an OEM.Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.If you are a dynamic, strategic, and customer-focused professional with a strong background in automotive OEM aftersales, we invite you to join our team as an After Sales Regional Manager.
