.Software Project Leader en Valladolid.HORSE ubicada en Castilla y León nace como respuesta del Grupo Renault para descarbonizar la movilidad con soluciones híbridas y de combustión interna bajas en emisiones. Su principal misión consiste en reinventar la combustión buscando alternativas más eficientes y diferentes a la movilidad eléctrica.Misión del rolActividades de desarrollo de Software:Gestionar el QCT (Calidad, Coste y Plazo) de los desarrollos de software embebidos en las diferentes ECU (ECM, hECM, HEVC, DCU) hasta su industrialización participando en el desarrollo de procesos y estándares.Redactar el plan de desarrollo de software de acuerdo con los estándares de desarrollo de la Alianza y las especificidades del proveedor de la ECU.Contribuir a la definición del planning y contenido de desarrollo del software (con el SPL y el proveedor).Ser responsable de minimizar el número de branches y boucles de software encontrando sinergias entre aplicaciones.Gestionar la interacción entre las estrategias Software de la Alianza y el Software de bajo nivel del proveedor de la ECU (interfaz BIBO, CRS, interfaz de proveedor-OEM).Pilotar la coherencia del software RSA (coherencia de flujo dico y MID) y Métricas ECU.Pilotar la integración del software por parte del proveedor de la ECU.Controlar y validar la facturación de las actividades de integración de software del proveedor de la ECU (T2) y de su comprobante de validación (Software delivery sheet).Entregar al SPL un estado de software en hitos (TDD).Gestionar validación de software teniendo en cuenta su madurez durante el proyecto y los diferentes boucles de validación.Gestionar el desarrollo de entornos de prueba.Definir el plan de validación del software.Asegurar la disponibilidad de una base DDT2000 adaptada al software actual.Identificar y gestionar la resolución de ISs encontrados durante el desarrollo de software (IS / RA PIE) según los estándares Renault definidos para su métier.Reportar de manera efectiva la evolución del estado del SW (Dashboard) al SPL.Archivar y asegurar la disponibilidad de forma estructurada de todo su trabajo.Perfil esperadoIngeniero Industrial.Experiencia en el sector automoción (> 3 años) y en sistemas decontrol eléctricos/electrónicos. Se valorará conocimiento de Calibración del GMP Grupo Moto Propulsor.Conocimiento de EMS y herramientas de Proyectos (SBM, TIME, EMSET).Conocimiento de redes CAN / gestión de ISs y DMFIs / Módulos de integración y validación / HIL (Hardware in the Loop).Carnet de conducir.¿Qué ofrecen?Contratación indefinida.Paquete de relocalización.En torno al 8% de salario variable.Teletrabajo (Modalidad Híbrida) y Flexibilidad Horaria.Crecimiento profesional.Situación idónea para participar en los mejores proyectos del sector automovilístico a nivel mundial.Seguro de vida.Seguro de accidentes
