Merkle provides a full range of services, including Experience & Product Design, Engagement & Loyalty, Platforms & Engineering, Analytics & Insight, as well as Consulting & Business Operations for our enterprise clients. Within the MarTech & Data practice, we deliver full-stack solutions for major brands looking to accelerate business growth through marketing automation, data utilisation, and connected customer experiences. The role will primarily support clients using Braze as their core activation technology to achieve rapid time-to-value, but you may also support other technologies as business needs arise. Our team is always at the forefront of change, focusing on emerging data, personalisation, and activation tools. Key Responsibilities: Project delivery: Lead and deliver timely and budget-compliant projects. Marketing campaigns: Implement innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging the advanced features and best practices of Braze. Client guidance: Provide reassurance on platform capabilities and support their adoption. Process adoption and rigour: Ensure processes are followed, SLA's are met and rigour is implemented at all stages including accuracy of briefing, quality checking through to execution. Risk management: Identify and escalate project risks, be aware of client dependencies, and support the validation of assumptions
