As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Creative Campaign Specialist who will help their clients develop impactful online advertising campaigns.

You will be helping clients develop their first PPC campaigns, influencing their business growth and marketing strategy.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you will be responsible for client onboarding, optimizing ad campaigns, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities: Consultative Approach: Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, guiding them through the process of developing and managing their PPC campaigns.
Client Onboarding: Assist new clients in setting up their first campaigns, ensuring a smooth and effective launch.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance, focusing on increasing spend, upselling, and sustaining campaign success.
High-Volume Outreach: Manage a high volume of client interactions through phone calls, providing top-tier customer service while meeting productivity and sales targets.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work alongside a team of campaign specialists in a fast-paced and evolving environment, contributing to both individual and team goals.
Preferred Skills and Experience: Educational Background: A BA/BS degree (or equivalent) is preferred, with an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications as a plus.
Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
Sales & Advertising Knowledge: Strong desire to meet targets related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and campaign success.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pitch compelling proposals and manage client relationships.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Time Management: Ability to organize and manage your day effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
Client-Focused: Passion for customer interaction and ownership of business goals
