Como becario en el equipo de Property and Casualty, trabajarás al lado de los mejores consultores y empresas de seguros del sector. Tendrás una exposición inmediata a encargos reales de clientes que pondrán a prueba tu imaginación y creatividad, así como tu capacidad para analizar datos, extraer conclusiones y presentar resultados. Estas experiências le ayudarán a desarrollar sus conocimientos técnicos y su experiência general en el sector, al tiempo que se beneficiará de uno de los programas de formación y desarrollo más completos del sector.

**The Role**
- Apoyo a los equipos de Grandes Cuentas en la gestión integral de los programas de seguros, tanto en el análisis del riesgo, colocación con el mercado asegurador (Submission, análisis de las propuestas presentadas, negociación con los mercados), y gestión integral del programa
- Apoyo en los proyectos de Desarrollo de nuevo negocio que se ejecuten en el Departamento, análisis global de la empresa, identificación y valoración de los riesgos, adecuación de los riesgo versus transferencia, análisis de alternativas aseguradoras, submission, análisis de siniestralidad, negociación, puesta en marcha de los programas.
- Apoyo en los sistemas informáticos que desarrolle el equipo (Visual, SAC, etc.) al equipo en Visual
- Apertura y seguimiento de oportunidades, Willplace y Procedimientos
- Pipeline (Apoyo a los equipos en la actualización), traducciones.

**The Requirements**
- Universidad, y/ o Master finalizado o en su último año.
- Nível de inglés: Alto o Medio Alto a nível escrito y hablado
- Nível de ofimática alto (excel, Word, power point, etc )
- Alta motivación y nível de implicación
- Persona educada, sociable y con altas capacidades para trabajar en equipo
- Disponibilidad Full-time
