WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us - you must give the best first impression of AnyTech365You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our professional toolkit to scan the deviceYou will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customerYou will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive serviceWHAT YOU GET IN RETURN Permanent contractCompetitive salary 1500€/1700€ + commissionsCareer development opportunity: Our projects are dynamic and growing, so you will have the opportunity to achieve your own professional goals and accomplishmentsNice working environmentChallenging and fulfilling work in one of the world's best support and security companies REQUIREMENTS Native level of Norwegian Previous experience in sales
