Can flex working remotely from home and local office location.Role Requires 20-40% travel: significant travel commitment within first 6 months including several 2-3 week business trips to APAC location. Then Qtly 2–3-week business trips to APAC location plus occasional European travel.Reports to: Supply Operations Director EMEA APAC, E&LDirect reports: noneYour main purpose is to create, manage & implement capex masterplans/programs that develop site capabilities and improve operational efficiency whilst adhering to MCBC safety and quality standards. You will coordinate the development of asset care programs & process improvements for E&L's own breweries & also support licensed partners & contract manufacturers.Key responsibilities include:Create site capex masterplans / capital programs: aligning with site management & E&L SC Director, Capex program & project planning, budget setting, control & reporting & Capital Approval Request preparation. Assessment of engineering & capex requirements for brewery sites for contract, license production or potential acquisitions.Working closely with key stakeholders: procurement lead & heads of department to ensure project solutions meet expectations & achieve the best mix of price/delivery/quality. Project scoping including equipment specification, performance guarantees, RFQ & tender preparation.Execution / governance of capex projects to MCBC standards: with major focus on environmental, health & safety & quality via working closely with E&L & brewery-based teams, procurement lead, & relevant contractors. Ensures that documentation, change requests and modifications are followed through, and, ultimately, delivers project completion within performance, budget and time frame targets.Supports/coaches brewery-based teams: to manage project technicians, craftsmen and contract project managers assigned to projects
