**Tareas principales**:

- **Gestionar la planificación de proyectos en etapa de conceptualización hasta la industrialización: construcción y animación de la planificación del proyecto, planes de acción y replanificación en caso de desviación, garantizar la referencia única de planificación en la herramienta GPS**
- **Construir y estructurar la base de información dedicada al proyecto.**
- **Gestión y seguimiento de los entregables del proyecto (panel de control estándar semanal), analizando puntos difíciles, proponiendo y monitoreando planes de acción.**
- **Implementar y garantizar la correcta aplicación de los procesos del proyecto**
