Join us in an International, multicultural CoE in Valencia were diversity is our DNA: 22 nationalities, more than 15 languages, 51% women, 5 generations.**What will you perform as Administrative Assistant?**This position will deliver generalistic administrational support to Airbus mainly and other accounts within the region. The position will support carrier management and purchasing, invoices, postal sendings. The position will support as well the meetings and events organisation and ad hoc requests to support the customer relationship. As part of his/her responsabilities, the position will support and prepare customer presentations, KPIs track and presentation and meetings coordination. Other and ad hoc administrative tasks could be requested.**Main accountabilities**Maintaining spreadsheets and databases of informationRegular and timely filing of documentsCustomer presentations preparations. KPIs collection.Internal and External Event Management from small dinners to large conferences and meetings, supporting the Head of Accounts for customer events or the LLP Board for leadership events / meetingsHandle LLP Board agenda, support the LLP Board & Head of Accounts responsibilities to deal with customers and visitorsOrganise and schedule internal and external meetings, co-ordinate with relevant contacts and build effective working relationships**Are you reflected in these skills?**Ability to work with confidential material and to juggle a number of differing priorities.Be highly organized and thoroughHave strong communication and organizational skillsGood written and oral communication skills;Good word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely;Excellent interpersonal skills;Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issuesSpanish language: fluent (verbal & written)English language: fluent (verbal & written)Do you also speak, as an advantage, French or German language: fluent (verbal & written)?Have a look to our CoE office on a virtual tour and learn more about How Lead Logistic Partnership works, your future work environment
