Our client: An international corporate IT Hub based in the heart of Madrid developing intelligent warehouse management solutions and process-reliable warehouse automation for customers.
Your Functions:Ongoing portfolio analysis regarding space utilization and alternative solutions based on dynamic digital dashboards on all regional levels, ensuring alignment with the corporate real estate strategy and targets.Support and manage acquisition and/or portfolio consolidation projects and processes according to the global strategy.Close collaboration with Regional Real Estate Business Partner.Support selection and functional enhancement of real estate related IT applications to measure Portfolio performance.Development, implementation, and monitoring of real estate related KPIs to evaluate and improve global Portfolio performance.Mitigation of risks associated with the portfolio. Position Requisites:Formación: LicenciadoIdiomas: Inglés: C1Conocimientos: Portfolio, real estate, corporate real estateExperiencia: 5 añosDegree in real estate management, business administration or similar with a focus on real estate.Relevant professional experience in the field described, ideally with a focus on industrial portfolios.Good knowledge of using digital tools as well as analytical skills and competence to reduce complexity.Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and regulations.Experience in working in international and cross-functional teams.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluency in English.Partially traveling required.
