Founded more than 100 years ago, Puig is a family-owned company with a long-term commitment to our brands and stakeholders.The OpportunityTo manage day-to-day compensation and benefits related activities, with the objective to develop competitive and cost-efficient programs that will assist with employee retention and attract top talent.What you'll get to doContribute to the definition, development and implementation of a C&B strategy that contributes to the group's strategyProvide research and analytical support in the design and administration of strategic reward programs Oversee merit and bonus payout process, which entails the computation, calculations, tracking, final approvals, review and payment of these programs in areaManage local C&B survey participation of international surveys to obtain local and regional market dataEnsure the proper administration of mobility provisions affecting C&BEducate local Human Resources teams in the spirit of continuous improvement of their C&B responsibilitiesManage on-going audits by regulatory agencies or third-party auditors as neededSuggest and implement steps / processes, including technological improvements to make the administration of C&B more timely and automaticConduct regular competitive C&B market analysis Complete monthly and annual C&B reporting requirements at regional and corporate levelsEnsure recognition and rewards are managed fairly and consistently in area of responsibilityBe knowledgeable of all government regulations governing the C&B area & ensure compliance with reporting requirements. Monitor data integrity of various systemsWe'd love to meet you if you haveExperience2 to 3 years of experience in CompensationEducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law or similarLanguagesKnowledge of HR systems (HR SAP, Success Factor)Good knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislationsExcellent conflict resolution skillsExperienced in MS Office, Excel as priorityStrong communication, interpersonal, and management skillsKnowledge of job evaluation methodologies at Hay Group, Mercer or Willis Towers Watson (Nice to have)A few things you'll love about usAn entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work cultureA range of learning and development opportunitiesAn international company with plenty of opportunities to growA competitive compensation & benefits packagePuig is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.At Puig, we are continually looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences to join our team.
