Digital marketing leader in a small creative startup in Barcelona TASKS Develop marketing strategies and drive sales for both YOULO and Wonderstory.
Optimize website content and lead SEO efforts to improve visibility and search rankings.
Manage and analyze advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, focusing on lead generation and sales.
Coordinate the creation of content, including visual and written materials, that resonate with target audience.
Drive outreach, collaborations, and viral marketing tactics to build brand awareness.
Implement and analyze email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement.
Engage with partners, micro-influencers, and the press to create new growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS Native Spanish speaker, intermediate to advanced English.
Proven experience in digital marketing with the ability to manage multiple tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Facebook Ads, and design software like Canva or Figma.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
Strong knowledge of SEO and B2C marketing strategies.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance, focusing on lead generation and sales.
