Empresa especializada en tecnología HW/SW, con ubicación en Barcelona, requiere incorporar un/a Team Leader.

**Tu nuevo puesto**

Como Team Leader, reportando al Director Técnico y en estrecha colaboración con el resto de departamentos, la persona seleccionada se encargará de:

- Desarrollo HW de circuitos electrónicos y PCBs (ECAD Altium Designer)
- Realización de documentación de producción y optimización de costes en equipos electrónicos.
- Realización de test electrónicos con el aparataje correspondiente.
- Desarrollo de FW y librerías en C++ para microcontroladores (ESP32 y ESP-IDF)
- Compatibilidad electromagnética y marcado CE.
- Control de calidad en la producción de equipos electrónicos.
- Uso de metodologías Agile aplicado al diseño electrónico.
- Liderar/gestionar equipos de 2 - 6 personas.
- Realización de especificaciones y otra documentación técnica.
- Análisis y Seguimiento de Costes y Presupuestos.
- Soporte en la definición del Roadmap de producto.

**Qué necesitarás para el puesto**

Para ello deberás haber cursado una Ingeniería Electrónica o Informática o similar, con experiência mínima de 3-5 años como Ingeniero en Electrónica/ Telecomunicaciones:

- Domina la herramienta ECAD Altium Designer
- Conocimientos concretos de ESP32 y ESP-IDF
- Conocimiento de los protocolos de comunicaciones BLE y LTE (Cat-M1 y NB-IoT).
- Experiência y/o capacidad para la gestión de equipos técnicos.
- Capacidad de liderazgo y de innovación.
- Gestión de proyectos de desarrollo de dispositivos electrónicos y mecatrónicos.
- Planificación, organización y exigencia, tanto con el trabajo propio como el del equipo.
- Valorables los conocimientos en los procesos de LEAN Start-up.
- Valorable la experiência en la industrialización de equipos mecatrónicos.
