It isn't a question.**About the team****About the role****Key responsibilities**- Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization.- Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.- Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HRBPs.- Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.- Identifies and proposes simple changes el local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.**Qualifications and skills****Essential**- 5+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting or Agency experience ideally in consumer goods or related industry.- Proficiency in both written and spoken.- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing effective recruitment strategies.- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.**Preferred**Care to join us.
