Estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager Junior en el sector de energías renovables, principalmente fotovoltaico y eólico, para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid. El puesto requiere viajes puntuales a la obra. Si cuentas con experiencia en la gestión de proyectos y tienes habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y organización, queremos conocerte Responsabilidades principales: Definir de forma clara el alcance del proyecto, incluyendo objetivos, entregables y recursos necesarios. Comunicar efectivamente los detalles del proyecto al equipo para asegurar la comprensión y alineación con los objetivos. Desarrollar planes detallados que incluyan la secuencia de actividades, duración de las tareas y asignación de recursos para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto. Establecer y comunicar objetivos específicos y medibles para cada tarea o fase del proyecto. Supervisar las tareas en curso para asegurar un progreso eficiente, ajustando según sea necesario para cumplir con los plazos y estándares de calidad. Abordar de manera proactiva problemas imprevistos o cambios en el alcance, implementando soluciones efectivas y a tiempo. Requisitos: Grado en Ingeniería Industrial o un campo relacionado
