Requirements: You have proven track record/experience business development, or sales You can hunt from strategic market mapping You have strong sales or business development skills; you are creative, proactive, and persistent, with a bias for action You have a good understanding of strategic partnerships (in Education, Media, Consumer) and/or are willing to learn Good network & contacts You can collaborate cross-functionally with account management and operations teams Top performer within the team Here's what you'll get to do; Pipeline creation and growth We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to help us develop and strengthen relationships with new key partners and lead sales for new and existing channels You'll be responsible for developing outreach strategies and exploring new go-to-market opportunities You'll be a leader within our Partnerships team and will report directly into the Chief Marketing Officer Leading business development for potential, new and emerging, and existing channels Strategizing how to approach partners and designing agreements that are mutually beneficial Forming and maintaining long-term, entrenched relationships with partners by attending conferences, taking networking calls, and performing cold outreach Partnering with our existing internal teams to create a seamless transition from sales to account management Got to have a great plan, multi-stakeholder approach Build out a team or Rockstar IC (1 person already in team & grow it to 3 quickly) #J-18808-Ljbffr
