The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, a passion for solving complex user problems, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring design teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to drive the design vision and ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.What You'll DoBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred5+ years in digital product design, including 3+ years in managementStrong UX/UI portfolio and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with Wireframing, User Testing, and design processesLeadership skills for managing and mentoring a design teamExcellent communication and strategic problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with Agile methodology, Azure DevOps, Jira, and ConfluenceExperience with responsive design, especially for mobilePassion for design trends and new technologiesWhat's In It For YouWe believe in recognizing exceptional work with exceptional benefits
