Proporcionar tratamientos corporales a los huéspedes utilizando exfoliantes corporales, envolturas y/o hidroterapia. Proporcionar servicios de cuidado de la piel a los huéspedes.Evaluar las necesidades de los huéspedes, preguntar sobre las contraindicaciones y examinar la piel, el cabello o las uñas para evaluar el estado, el aspecto y la idoneidad del servicio programado. Mantenerse al día con las técnicas y modalidades actuales relacionadas con su campo de trabajo.Acompañar a los huéspedes a las salas de tratamiento. Organizar el puesto de trabajo, la sala de tratamiento y/o las cortinas. Comprobar con frecuencia que el huésped está cómodo y seguro durante el servicio.Promover y vender los servicios del spa/salón, incluidas las ofertas de venta al por menor relacionadas con el spa. Limpiar, mantener y esterilizar las herramientas. Mantener la limpieza del puesto de trabajo y/o de la sala de tratamiento durante todo el turno, eliminar la basura y la ropa de cama sucia, y asegurar los suministros y el equipo al final de cada turno.Controlar y respetar el horario durante todo el día. Manejar el comportamiento inapropiado de los huéspedes siguiendo los procedimientos operativos estándar de Marriott International. Mantener las habilidades y la licencia actualizadas en el área de servicio según los requisitos regionales.Informar de los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones de trabajo inseguras al director; completar la formación y las certificaciones de seguridad. Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa; asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean limpios y profesionales; mantener la confidencialidad de la información de propiedad; proteger los activos dela empresa. Dar la bienvenida y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas de la empresa; anticipar y atender lasnecesidades de servicio de los huéspedes; ayudar a las personas con discapacidad; agradecer a los huéspedes con un aprecio genuino.Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con los demás; apoyar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes; escuchar y responder adecuadamente a las preocupaciones de otros empleados. Cumplir con las expectativas y normas de garantía de calidad.Realizar otras tareas razonables según lo soliciten los supervisores.Seguridad y protección Siga las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y del departamento para garantizar un entorno limpio, seguro y protegido.Informar de los accidentes relacionados con el trabajo, u otras lesiones inmediatamente después de su ocurrencia al gerente/supervisor
