TAREAS PRINCIPALES

Seguridad y protección
- Siga las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y del departamento para garantizar un entorno limpio, seguro y protegido. - Informar de los accidentes relacionados con el trabajo, u otras lesiones inmediatamente después de su ocurrencia al gerente / supervisor. - Siga las políticas y los procedimientos para la operación y el almacenamiento seguros de las herramientas, el equipo y las máquinas. - Identifique y corrija los procedimientos o condiciones de trabajo inseguros y/o repórtelos a la gerencia y al personal de seguridad. - Completar la formación y las certificaciones de seguridad adecuadas para realizar las tareas de trabajo. - Seguir los procedimientos específicos de la propiedad para manejar situaciones de emergencia (por ejemplo, evacuaciones, emergencias médicas, desastres naturales).

- Asegúrese de que el uniforme, las etiquetas de identificación y la apariencia personal estén limpios, sean higiénicos, profesionales y cumplan con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa. - Proteger la privacidad y seguridad de los huéspedes y compañeros de trabajo. - Seguir las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y del departamento. - Proteger las herramientas, equipos, máquinas u otros activos de la empresa de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa. - Mantener la confidencialidad de los materiales e información de propiedad. - Realizar otras tareas razonables según lo soliciten los supervisores.

Relaciones con los huéspedes

Comunicación
- Hablar a los huéspedes y a los compañeros de trabajo utilizando un lenguaje claro, apropiado y profesional. - Discutir temas de trabajo, actividades o problemas con compañeros de trabajo, supervisores o gerentes de forma discreta y silenciosa, evitando las áreas públicas de la propiedad. - Hablar y escuchar a otros empleados para intercambiar información de forma eficaz.

Trabajar con otros
- Asociarse y ayudar a los demás para promover un entorno de trabajo en equipo y lograr objetivos comunes. - Apoyar a todos los compañeros de trabajo y tratarlos con dignidad y respeto. - Manejar los asuntos delicados con los empleados y/o huéspedes con tacto, respeto, diplomacia y confidencialidad

Garantía de calidad/mejora de la calidad
- Cumplir con las expectativas y normas de garantía de calidad.

Tareas físicas
- Mover, levantar, llevar, empujar, tirar y colocar objetos.

Proporcionar servicios de spa/salón
- Supervisar y cumplir con el horario para mantener el horario durante todo el día. Confirmar el nombre y el apellido del huésped y el tipo de tratamiento programado antes de comenzar el tratamiento. - Examinar la piel, el cabello o las uñas de los huéspedes para evaluar su estado y apariencia. - Determinar si el estado de la piel, el cabello o las uñas del huésped impide completar un servicio y sugerir un servicio alternativo si es necesario. - Evaluar las necesidades del huésped y preguntar sobre las contraindicaciones (por ejemplo, alergias, presión arterial alta, embarazo) antes de comenzar el servicio. - Manejar el comportamiento inapropiado de los huéspedes deteniendo el servicio e informando al supervisor/gerente. - Mantener la licencia actualizada en el área de servicio (por ejemplo, terapia de masaje, servicios de uñas) tomando educación continua si es necesario y renovando la licencia antes de la fecha de vencimiento. - Aconsejar a los huéspedes sobre el cuidado adecuado de la piel, el cabello o las uñas y recomendar regímenes de cuidado en casa. - Determinar qué productos o servicios mejorarán el aspecto de un huésped o satisfarán sus necesidades. - Organizar la estación de trabajo, la sala de tratamiento y/o las cortinas para garantizar la comodidad y la seguridad del huésped. - Comprobar con el huésped que se encuentra cómodo durante todo el servicio (por ejemplo, temperatura agradable, cantidad de presión). - Acompañar a los huéspedes hacia y desde las salas de tratamiento. - Demostrar, promocionar y vender productos del spa/salón. - Ofrecer a los huéspedes servicios como agua, zumo o almohadas térmicas para el cuello. - Promover y vender los servicios del spa/salón. - Desarrollar y proponer a los huéspedes planes de tratamiento que especifiquen los productos y servicios beneficiosos. - Proporcionar servicios de depilación a los huéspedes. - Proporcionar servicios de cuidado de la piel, como tratamientos faciales a los huéspedes, utilizando vapor, lámpara, varilla de alta frecuencia y/o productos (por ejemplo, limpiador, tónico,exfoliante, mascarilla).
