If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will DoPropose and activate the marketing aspects of the Joint Business Plans for both off-and online business, incl. promotion management, product launch, re-launch.Establish and maintain marketing and merchandising relationships with strategic customers.May control the customer marketing budget for a country.Support the coordination of the local marketing plan development.Monitor the customers overall product mix and recommend changes together with the appointed Key Account Manager or sales lead.Create and execute customer marketing campaigns (offline and online) and programs that drive customer engagement, advocacy and sales development.Monitor, analyze and continuously improve online listing, share of search, taxonomy, commercial content integrity and accuracy.May track private label/customer label process and activity and propose actions to ensure profitability.Secure development of customized co-branded sales support materials, customer catalogues, brochures, advertisements as well as digital sales tools.May coordinate product, segment, brand and services training as well as loyalty programs for customers.Who You AreUniversity degree.Fluent Spanish, Italian and English are a must.Minimum 3 years of B2B and/or B2C Marketing/Trade/Shopper-Marketing experience.Experience with digital marketing.Experience executing marketing plans with customers.Excellent literacy and communication skills.Experience using analytics to prepare sales pitches and inform campaign strategy.Experience in working in a matrix set up BU organization.What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and Inclusive Culture | Empowering Engaged Leaders | Working with Powerful Purpose Sustainable Impact | Learning and Growing in your Career | Supporting Well-being Sustainable Working Life | Life-changing Innovations | Competitive Total rewards.Together, we are improving lives, every day.Working at Essity is not just a career; it is a chance to directly make the world a healthier, more hygienic and safer place.
