Parts & Service Advisor (Benito)

AgWest is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts & Service Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on parts and service needs while ensuring seamless coordination of operations.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to service requests from customers and staff via phone, email, text, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt, professional support.
Build customer loyalty through expert product advice, parts recommendations, and regular promotion updates.
Create, schedule, and manage work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
Coordinate technician schedules and ensure necessary parts are available for tasks.
Handle parts inquiries and manage daily parts operations, including sourcing, inventory, and warranty claims.
Monitor and complete OEM warranty campaigns and recalls within deadlines.
Verify service quality, address customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records, compliance with policies, and meet KPI targets.
Provide quotes, adjust as needed, and promote service packages to customers.
Participate in on-call rotations and keep stakeholders updated on job status.
Perform additional tasks as required.
