Als Senior PR Manager*in erkennst du gute Geschichten hinter Zahlen und Fakten, entscheidest, für welche Journalist*innen dein Story- Pitch interessant sein könnte und führst Kund*innen sicher und eigenständig durch Jour Fixes.
Dein Fokus liegt in der Strategieentwicklung und Ansprache von Journalist*innen für aktuelle Themen wie E-Mobilität, erneuerbare Energien, Bildung, Health oder Finanzen.
Stellenanforderungen DEINE ROLLE Strategischer Experte: Du bist Lead für wichtige Kund*innen aus dem B2B und B2C Bereich und entwickelst individuelle & zielgerichtete PR Strategien.
Operative Koryphäe: Du schreibst Pressetexte, verfasst Pitches, bereitest Gastbeiträge vor, managst Interview Vor- und Nachbereitung und stehst täglich mit Journalist*innen und Fachexpert*innen in Kontakt.
Kunden Ansprechpartner: Du stellst die Kommunikation & professionelle Beratung von Kund*innen sicher und förderst eine langfristige Partnerschaft.
Stichwort: KPIs, Quartalsplanung und Jour Fixes.
WER DU BIST du hast etwa 4 Jahre PR-Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld (z.B.
als PR Consultant, PR Berater*in oder Communications Manager*in mit Fokus PR) du bringst Unternehmen eigenständig in großen Leitmedien unter, führst federführend Kunden und findest auch im Sturm die Ruhe.
du hegst und pflegst ein wertvolles Netzwerk von Journalist*innen und Medienhäusern.
du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst gerne die Ownership für Aufgaben & Projekte, schätzt aber Teamwork und teilst dein Wissen.
du bist Typ lösungsorientiert & authentisch und Vertreter*in eines wertschätzenden und offenen Umgang im Team.
du sprichst Deutsch auf C2- Niveau, kannst dich gut auf Englisch verständigen und lebst in Deutschland.

Keine Standard-Pressemitteilungen oder Verteiler, sondern individuelles Pitchen bei Journalist*innen in einer breiten Range an Medien.
