.Assist companies, identify their needs and propose to them the digital solutions they needWe are looking for talents with Dutch & English skills who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.If you have a solid Sales / Business Development mindset, ideally in the IT industry, an understanding of cloud computing concepts, in particular Google Cloud Platform solutions, this is your chanceAs a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.You will help businesses work better together, move fast and innovate. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm while identifying and qualifying their business needs to propose the proper digital solutions.You will work towards individual targets, but will also be part of a larger sales team, in a phone-based environment, where you will interact with customers primarily via outbound calls.What you will doProject 1: Lead generation, qualification, managementProspect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businessesCollaborate closely with clients to create a territory action plan, including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracksSet up new meetings to hand off to other sales groupsConduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accountsAchieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leadsQualify opportunities and handle objectionsResearch and build new and existing accountsProject 2: Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound)Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the saleExplain our client's products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needsExecute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our client's productsDevelop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closureDevelop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospectsAchieve or exceed monthly sales quotaReach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently usedTroubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams
