DescripciónEspaña (residencia en España, mercado italiano como área de enfoque)Resumen de la Posición:Responsabilidades Principales:- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para el mercado italiano de aditivos químicos en el sector de plásticos.- Identificar y prospectar activamente nuevos clientes y oportunidades de negocio en Italia.- Mantener y fortalecer relaciones con clientes existentes, brindando un servicio excepcional y asesoramiento técnico.- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo técnico para comprender las necesidades del cliente y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas.- Realizar presentaciones de productos y negociaciones comerciales para cerrar acuerdos de venta.- Realizar un seguimiento continuo de los resultados de ventas y cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado y los avances tecnológicos en el sector de aditivos químicos.**Requisitos**:**Requisitos**:- Experiência comprobada en ventas técnicas, preferiblemente en el sector de aditivos químicos o plásticos.- Fluidez en italiano (hablado y escrito) es obligatoria, junto con un buen nível de español e inglés.- Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y negociación.- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Italia y ocasionalmente fuera del país.- Conocimiento técnico o formación en química, plásticos o campos relacionados sería una ventaja.Ofrecemos:- Salario competitivo con un atractivo paquete de incentivos basado en el rendimiento.- Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional en una empresa líder en la industria.- Ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y apoyo continuo del equipo.
