Creación y Gestión de Contenido:– Redes Sociales: Creación de publicaciones atractivas y coherentes con la identidad de la marca para plataformas como LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, y otras relevantes.– Email Marketing: Desarrollo de campañas de email marketing, incluyendo boletines informativos, anuncios de productos y contenido promocional.– Redacción y Publicación de Artículos: Crear y publicar artículos relevantes que aborden temas de interés para la audiencia objetivo de la empresa, asegurando la optimización para SEO.– Creación de Documentos de Casos de Éxito: Desarrollar y documentar casos de éxito de clientes, destacando cómo los productos o servicios de la empresa han resuelto problemas específicos y aportado valor significativo a los clientes.? Desarrollo de Estrategias de Contenido:– SEO: Optimización de contenido para mejorar el posicionamiento en motores de búsqueda, incluyendo la investigación de palabras clave y la implementación de buenas prácticas de SEO.– Engagement: Generar contenido que fomente la interacción y participación de la audiencia, incluyendo encuestas, contenido generado por el usuario, entre otros.? Estrategia de Comunicación y Branding:– Estrategia de Branding y Comunicación Interna: Desarrollar la estrategia de branding y comunicación interna en colaboración con el equipo de marketing y recursos humanos, incluyendo iniciativas para fomentar una cultura de marca coherente dentro de la empresa.– Consistencia de Marca: Asegurar que todo el contenido sea coherente con la voz y el tono de la marca de la empresa.– Narrativa de Marca: Desarrollar una narrativa de marca que conecte emocionalmente con la audiencia y refuerce los valores y la misión de la empresa.? Gestión de Redes Sociales:– Planificación: Crear un calendario de contenido para redes sociales alineado con los objetivos de marketing y ventas.– Interacción: Gestionar la interacción con la audiencia en redes sociales, respondiendo a comentarios y mensajes, y fomentando la comunidad.? Colaboración y Coordinación:– Equipo Interno: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros del equipo de marketing, recursos humanos y operaciones.– Freelancers y Contractors: Coordinar con diseñadores gráficos, videógrafos y otros freelancers para crear contenido multimedia atractivo.? Análisis y Reporte:– Métricas de Rendimiento: Medir y analizar el rendimiento del contenido utilizando herramientas como Google Analytics, redes sociales insights y herramientas de email marketing.– Ajustes Estratégicos: Ajustar la estrategia de contenido basada en los resultados y las métricas de rendimiento para maximizar el impacto.Requisitos excluyentes:? Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Periodismo, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.? 3 – 5 años de experiencia en marketing de contenido, preferiblemente en un entorno B2B.? Experiencia Sector: B2B, IT, Fintech, Software Development, Saas.Formación adicional requerida (Nice to have):? Certificación en SEO.? Certificación en Marketing Digital.? Cursos o talleres en gestión de redes sociales.? Formación en herramientas de marketing: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, y MailChimp y afines.
