Job Title: Promoting And Advertising Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Southern Processing Corporation. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and initiatives to promote our products and services through various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Work with creative teams to develop engaging content for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and print collateral.
  • Ensure that all marketing content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and objectives.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze online traffic, engagement metrics, and conversions, optimizing strategies for better performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to optimize marketing spend and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Maintain the integrity of the brand by adhering to established brand guidelines and ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
  • Develop relationships with key partners, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for sponsorships, events, and collaborations to increase brand presence.
  • Track the success of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare reports and present insights to senior management to guide decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, feedback, and support.
  • Foster collaboration and innovation within the marketing team to meet organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and software.
