We want fun and kind people who love to work with travelers. You need to be able to manage many different tasks at the same time and still be very friendly and kind with all our guests. But in case of need, you are able to be firm and handle all kind of possible situations.We expect you to be:Responsible and multitaskingWell organized; great time management is especially important during night shiftsCreative and pro-activeAble to offer always top service, providing any help to our guestsEngaged, interested, friendly, and kindExcellent with peopleCapable of independent work, but also enjoy teamworkA hard workerExcept for check-ins, check-outs, working with reservations, emails, phones, and all requests and questions, no task is too big or too small for you. This is a full-time position, only night shifts. This position is very active, not a passive sitting behind the reception.
