Please note that this opportunity is a fixed term contract.The PositionAs a Finance Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will be leading assigned therapy market and sales/OP planning and performance assessment. Moreover, you are going to work with FP and A core processes such as forecasts, monthly and year:End closings and resource allocation. You will also be a business partner to business units, supporting in financial processes and projects and challenging decisions from a financial perspective. The role will also allow you to run projects and be part of cross:Functional teams, with active participation and accountability.Among your responsibilities will be::Analysing sales performance and partner with areas to understand the underlying elements of variances regarding patients and wholesaler demands; :Leading financially of assigned therapy area, building an in:Depth understanding of market, sales, costs and OP development, allowing robust sales planning and resource allocation to brands; :Driving the corporate planning processes (AB/RE) and updated sales outlook for assigned therapy area, working cross:Functionally with Customer Insights, Market Access and Marketing areas to get insights related to competitor landscape, access and strategy to project the P and L with clear outline of base case, risks and opportunities; :Being a Business partner to Business Units, Customer Insights and Market Access for development of business cases, performance analysis, being part of projects, launch teams and presentations related to financial performance, besides challenging them with the financial perspective on key performance metrics.QualificationsThe candidate shall have master's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics or accounting. MBA or similar development program preferred. Other requirements are::3:5 years proven track record in Financial Planning and Analysis / Business Information / Business Insights and Analytics; :Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written); :Advanced in SAP, Excel, Power Point and Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI and/or QlikSense; :Data management skills (transfer data to appropriate format for analysis, build tools to optimize data collection, correlate similar data to find actionable results, develop new models, etc...); :Ability to work cross:Functionally in analysis and projects, contributing with the group and synthesizing conclusions to development of projects or analysis; :Self:Driven with a "can do" and positive attitudes, who can pro:Actively address and solve problems, can multi:Task and thrives in a busy environment
