Barcelona, Catalonia, ES Are you a successful sales person? Do you have experience in selling enterprise software to world-class financial institutions? Strands, a leading B2B2C digital banking software revolutionizing customer experiences, is growing fast. We are looking for an international experienced professional to join our Field Team to create and develop new businesses and client relationships across his/her assigned region in Europe, based in Barcelona. That's why we are in search of a driven, organized and outgoing professional with a hands-on and self-directed approach to work.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex enterprise software sales processes, from the identification of leads and potential clients to contract negotiations and closing. The ideal candidate has strong experience selling software to Europe Banks - preferable Tier 1 - and Credit Unions.
We are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills and strong technical knowledge. Self-driven, persistent, long-term results oriented and interested in growing new business opportunities as well as maintaining long-term relationships.
Reporting to the Sales Director, your main tasks will consist in fully managing the business development cycle in the region assigned.
You'll be doing. . . Identifying potential customers and business opportunities. Ability to position Strands solutions as a strategic advantage to a prospects' long term needs Establishing new relationships and developing the existing ones. Leading contract negotiations and closing new license agreements. Understanding market needs in order to provide strategic feedback to Product Development. Together with Pre-Sales, deep diving in the customer challenges, aligning in the goals, explaining the Strands Solutions and Use Cases and Product demonstrations. You'll do it using your. . . Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or business/economics. Minimum 5 years of experience in new business sales - negotiating enterprise software sales contracts with Europe Banks. Technology background and experience in financial software and services Ability to understand financial services, digital marketing and/or digital advertising business processes Proficiency in English. Strong ability to develop client relationships from initial contact through contract negotiation and signature. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time. Desired skills:
Good understanding of online and mobile retail banking. Experience with finance services. Experience with Salesforce CRM. You'll love it because you will get. . .
