Location: Barcelona, Spain ? Role: CRM LeadThe Opportunity As CRM Lead you will be responsible for taking ownership of all CRM and business process management initiatives.This role involves improving existing processes, implementing new ones, and ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.You will lead a team of four and manage multiple small projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and take ownership of all CRM and business process management initiatives across the company.Improve existing processes and develop new ones to enhance efficiency and effectivenessManage and deliver multiple small projects simultaneously using agile project management methodologies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to understand needs and provide updates.Utilize SaaS tools and solutions to optimize business and CRM processes.Lead a team of four, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.Implement and manage automation solutions using tools like API, Bubble, ATS, Bullhorn CRM, Zapier, Slack, Factorial to streamline business operations.Assist in change management initiatives to drive process adoption and effectiveness.Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
