To support our growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Zoho CRM Administrator to join our team.Role Summary: The Zoho CRM Administrator will act as the crucial connector between our Account Management, Sales, and IT teams, ensuring that our CRM infrastructure is seamlessly aligned with our agency's operational needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to optimize, maintain, and customize our Zoho CRM platform to drive business success.Key Responsibilities:CRM Administration & Optimization: Set up, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM to meet the agency's specific needs.
Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns) and third-party tools to streamline workflows.
Regularly audit and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop and implement best practices for CRM usage across the organization.Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between Account Managers, Sales, and IT teams to address CRM-related requirements and issues.
Translate business requirements into technical configurations within the Zoho platform.
Provide training and support to team members on Zoho CRM functionalities and enhancements.Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes within Zoho CRM to save time and enhance productivity.Reporting & Analytics: Design and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Track key metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline performance, and client retention to inform decision-making.Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues related to Zoho CRM and its integrations.
Work closely with Zoho Support to escalate and resolve complex issues.Qualifications:Essential: Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of CRM principles, sales processes, and account management.
Hands-on experience with Zoho applications and integrations.
Technical skills in workflows, custom functions, and API integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively between teams.Preferred: Experience in an agency environment is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding for advanced customization.
