Tus FuncionesGestionar parques eólicos cumpliendo con los compromisos contractuales, mediante comunicación y reporting a cliente.Programar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a las actividades de Operaciones & Mantenimiento (O&M) para asegurar la disponibilidad, fiabilidad, implementación de Retrofit y satisfacción del cliente.Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales de su equipo.Asegurar que los subcontratistas cumplan con sus contratos y que se sigan estrictamente las instrucciones de la empresa.Gestionar servicios locales (grúas, gestión de residuos, otros) y supervisar inventarios de repuestos.Controlar y supervisar la facturación basada en los contratos existentes.Tu PerfilIngeniería Técnica o similar.Nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
Manejo de MS Office, SCADA, Máximo, PDM.Permiso de conducir y disponibilidad para visitar los parques eólicos de la zona de Aragón, Cataluña, Soria y Navarra.Experiencia en mantenimiento y operaciones BoP y experiencia en la industria eólica, preferiblemente en tecnología Acciona y Nordex.Experiencia en el trato con cliente y en el control de KPIS, presupuestos y pérdidas & ganancias.Experiencia previa en dirección y supervisión de equipos, con habilidad en la toma de decisiones.Persona flexible y capaz de adaptarse a las necesidades diarias, organizada y responsable.Persona proactiva, con iniciativa para afrontar los problemas y anticiparse a ellos.Alto sentido de trabajo en equipo, tolerancia al trabajo bajo presión.Your BenefitsIn addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:
