**Local Operations Manager (M/F/d)**:

- REQUISITION ID: 8774- LOCATION: Zaragoza, ES, 50190- DEPARTMENT: Service**TUS FUNCIONES**:

- Gestionar el proyecto y los parques eólicos asignado asegurando el cumplimiento de los compromisos contractuales.
- Enfocado en QHSE: CERO accidentes como objetivo principal durante las operaciones.
- Gestión de Proyectos y Recursos (mano de obra, materiales, herramientas, subcontratistas ).
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las actividades de Operaciones & Mantenimiento (O&M) en parques con el objetivo de asegurar la disponibilidad contractual, confiabilidad, implementación de Retrofit y satisfacción del cliente.
- Responsable de la gestión diaria de las actividades de O&M y del personal a su cargo y contratas.
- Programar el plan de mantenimiento y hacer seguimiento para que se complete en fecha.
- Asegurarse de que los subcontratistas cumplan con sus contratos, especialmente enfocados en la disponibilidad, y que se sigan estrictamente las instrucciones de la empresa.
- Asegurarse a través de las operaciones adecuadas que los servicios prestados estén bajo los estándares de la empresa y satisfagan al cliente final.
- Comunicación con cliente. Emitir y revisar calendarios e informes mensuales enviados al cliente.
- Solicitar y gestionar servicios locales (grúas, gestión de residuos, otros).
- Supervisar la correcta gestión e inventarios de repuestos. Certificaciones de herramientas especiales Comunicar y mantener al cliente al tanto de cualquier desviación para actividades complejas planificadas junto con el Gerente del Área de Servicio.
- Control y supervisión de la facturación basada en los contratos existentes.

**TU PERFIL**:

- Ingeniería Técnica o similar.
- Nível avanzado de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.Manejo de MS Office, SCADA, Máximo, PDM.
- Permiso de conducir y disponibilidad para visitar los parques eólicos de la zona de Aragón, Cataluña, Soria y Navarra.
- Experiência en mantenimiento y operaciones BoP y experiência en la industria eólica, preferiblemente en tecnología Acciona y Nordex.
- Experiência en el trato con cliente y en el control de KPIS, presupuestos y pérdidas & ganancias.
- Experiência previa en dirección y supervisión de equipos, con habilidad en la toma de decisiones.
- Persona flexible y capaz de adaptarse a las necesidades diarias, organizada y responsable.
- Persona proactiva, con iniciativa para afrontar los problemas y anticiparse a ellos.
- Alto sentido de trabajo en equipo, tolerancia al trabajo bajo presión.
