From creating listings across multiple platforms to managing guest communications, housekeeping, key exchange, and price optimisation, our team of experts handle every aspect of the rental experience, freeing landlords from the hassle and stress of property management. Our mission is to bring the tradition of hospitality to the short-term rental market and provide peace of mind for our valued clients.
We are looking to hire a freelance meet and greeter who can check our guests into our properties across Málaga and assist our Operations team on different on ground tasks, such as picking up and delivering keys, property quality checks, opening the door for providers, delivering items.
The job requires the following: Fluent in English and Spanish.A presentable and friendly person, ideally with experience working in customer service/ hospitality.Willing to travel to homes in various locations around Málaga, own way of transportation.Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality.Able to explain how to use appliances and heating in the home.Able to work with tools like Slack and our own system (we will provide all the information and training needed)Able to troubleshoot appliances and heating/ hot water if there are minor problems, with simple repair skills.Flexible working hours. We currently check guests into homes between the hours of 11am-12 midnight, every day of the week.This job will suit a freelance worker or university student who has a flexible schedule and is looking to earn some extra money.
Important: candidate must be registered as 'autonomo' in order to provide monthly invoices for their services (mandatory)
