Estamos buscando un Sr Manager, para sumarse como Technical Tribe Lead en la vertical de Banking Products de Santander Tecnología
Cuáles son los principales desafíos del rol? Quien asuma el rol será el encargado de liderar el equipo de tecnología de la tribu de Medios de Pago, equipo que mantiene y construye productos de Transferencias, Pago de servicios, Tarjetas, Pagos Móviles.
Su principal desafío será el de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos que se definan en el equipo junto a Producto y Operaciones, sin descuidar los estándares de calidad y tecnología.
Qué conocimientos son requeridos? Experiencia previa liderando equipos de tecnología vinculados a productos de Pagos.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos y estándares de tecnología.
Planificación y seguimiento de Iniciativas / proyectos en forma simultánea (roadmaps, staff, etc)
Relevamiento de KPIs en cada proyecto y medición de avance con respecto a los OKRs y KR definidos
Implementación de nuevas tecnologías Responsable end to end del producto (front / back) en todos los canales de la entidad
