Description and Requirements SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as-a-Service) model, and customers' stronger preference for sustainability services.Meanwhile, SSG continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City.We are expanding TruScale as-a-Service to Digital Workplace solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.You will report to the Iberia SSG Leader.You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings with the EMEA Specialized teamWhat You will do:Scope customer and solution requirements through meetings, analysis, requirements workshops, customer visits, Use cases and scenariosTranslate the requirements into architectures & solutions delivered by LenovoCreates business case collateral and can create and cost solutions across the full end user space including physical deploymentDrives the technical certification and validation for all opportunities across customers solutions and architectureThinks and act strategically, anticipates future trends and develops solution visionsChallenges existing processes to ensure the best solution for the customerMaintains current understanding of technology, tools and toolsets in the industryAutonomously able to work across regions and functions to achieve results with minimal supervision and inputDevelops, maintains, and cultivates strong trusted and meaningful customer relationships at all levels, through a deep understanding of their key business IssuesWhat we expect from You: Ability to interpret our customers' business and technical requirements and translate them into IT services and solution which add real business valueA deep understanding of digital workplace architectures, in support of complex customer engagements, and transformation programsEnd User workplace environment high level technical knowledge, including business value, use cases and migrationHas experience in creating and presenting business cases which outline business benefits and show value-add and cost savingsExperience in creating IT services' cost models and can articulate and cost risk within the solution5+ years' experience in requirements definition, and be experienced in project management, change management and problem solving in a service business environment.Industry recognized accreditations are a significant advantage in Consulting and Project Management frameworks, approaches, and methodologiesHighly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, as well as presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve desired result needed to all levels of audience up to and including CXOExperience with process improvements across regions within an organization required.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, customers, and other employeesBusiness fluent Spanish and EnglishWhat Lenovo can offer You:An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies Opportunities for career development & growth Access to trainings for personal development An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity Attractive compensation package and Performance based rewards You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
