Qué esperamos de ti:Integrado/a en el área de Tecnología, Proyectos y Servicios, te responsabilizarás de garantizar la correcta ejecución de las iniciativas digitales junto a los equipos de desarrollo y que se sigan las buenas prácticas de los frameworks digitales de trabajo necesarias para un desarrollo eficiente.
También asegurarás el delivery y que el equipo de desarrollo esté trabajando de manera eficiente.
Algunas de tus principales funciones serán: Asegurar la calidad de la ejecución de las iniciativas digitales junto al equipo de acuerdo con los tiempos y presupuesto comprometidos en la planificación.
Esto incluye el control y seguimiento económico Asegurar la calidad de la ejecución de las iniciativas digitales de acuerdo con los alcances acordados con el equipo funcional.
Asegurar la visión del alcance y el correcto seguimiento global de las iniciativas mediante las herramientas de gestión de la casa (JIRA) con sus respectivos cambios de alcance si proceden.
Eliminar impedimentos y asegurar eficiencia y eficacia en la entrega.
Ayudar al equipo a establecer objetivos alcanzables, dando visibilidad de entregables y riesgos junto a los mismos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes de mitigación.
Gestión del bienestar del equipo y cohesión de este.
Conocimiento de frameworks Agile en sus puntos clave (roles, eventos y artefactos) y aplicación en las iniciativas.
Ayudar al Product Owner en la priorización del Product Backlog y/o escritura de historias de usuario o tareas para su mejor entendimiento por parte del equipo de desarrollo.
Fomentar la cultura en los equipos digitales y en la organización.
Participación en comunidades de prácticas o grupos específicos sobre la práctica Agile.
Qué estamos buscando: Titulación y Especialidad: Recomendable Ingenierías (Informática, Industriales, Telecomunicaciones o similar), Matemáticas, Físicas, CC EE o Económicas.
Idiomas: Español, Inglés.
Conocimientos Agile: Scrum, Kanban, Métricas Agile, Lean, PMI.
Experiencia de mínimo 3 años gestionando proyectos PMI, y 3 años proyectos con metodologías Agiles.
