As an experienced Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you maintain high focus and attention to detail to ensure brand equity. You thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years field experience as a facialist, cosmetologist, or skincare beauty consultant in a demanding luxury environment.- Additional education in Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.- Experience in sales with targets and control of sales indicators.- Friendly, dynamic, enthusiastic, and talkative personality.- Strong verbal communication, organizational, and listening skills.- Healthy competitive spirit.- High level of English (another language is a plus).OUR CONDITIONS AND BENEFITSAs our Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, some of the benefits you will receive are:- Permanent contract- Working time: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (24 hours weekly) - 8 hours on Friday and Saturday and Sunday- Working in a fixed schedule: 12:40 - 21:00- Fixed salary plus sales incentives- Participation in our social benefits plan (exclusive for you for being part of our team).RECRUITMENT PROCESS- A telephone meeting with the recruiters- A demo video to be requested for the next steps- A first online/in-person interview- A second interview- You will receive a proposal with the terms of employment
