.In order to consolidate our Global Power and Light sustainable growth, Power and Flow Division is opening a new position of Divisional Solutions support specialist, focus in hybrid/sustainable solution, in order to work together with Divisional Product Marketing Managers and Customer Centers. The ambition is to keep developing a sustainable product range to ensure Atlas Copco leadership in the journey to Zero emissions.MissionIn the job of Divisional Solutions Support Specialist, it is your mission to ensure proper technical knowledge of our full portfolio solutions (mainly focus on new sustainable ones) to the Customer Center key contacts/specialists and Customers with the main last goal to increase PAL sales. Also provide support field operations, as commissioning of solutions/products and trainings, in a transversal way, meaning this, supporting if necessary different areas of our common business.In this role you will work close to Product Specialists around the world from CC and end customers. Supported by our Divisional Support Managers and Product Marketing Managers.Also thanks to your field experience your feedback on: quality, performance, competition or different product solutions will be very valuable and together with the team, you will work to execute them.Roles and responsibilitiesDaily support to CC concerning technical competenceDevelop material and sales tools that increase Atlas Copco Value for money (Product reference sheets, fact sheets, technical guides)Lead available technical documentation for CC or main Customers and their platforms (as Toolbox or similar)Become applications specialist for the different controller brands and solutionsFlying doctor concept, meaning, be together with the customer for critical milestones of projects as commissioning, training programs, tests, demonstrations or failures support when performance or application is involvedCollaborate with other departments looking after the continuous improvement of our solutions offerKnowledgeThe successful candidate should have a degree in engineeringGood knowledge in battery technology, renewables, and with a strong focus in power electronics.Open mind to look after new opportunities and applications that were not our target till now.Experience and understanding of project management is a requirement.Personality requirementsA committed entrepreneurial team player with drive for success and excellent communication skills are essential. Cross cultural interpersonal skills are required.You will need a disciplined approach whilst still being open, approachable, customer focused and highly target motivated.International travel will be required on a frequent basis in the key regions
