Traveling required.RESPONSIBILITIESManages, develops, and implements programs composed of multiple cross-functional projects.Partners with key business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.Leads multiple cross-functional projects from inception to completion.Facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders.Determines the scope and objectives of each project.Works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.Designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance.Identifies, tracks, and resolves project issues.Monitors and communicates project status to the project team.Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis.Manages project risk, uses quality tools to identify areas of risk, and applies motivational techniques to organization change issues.Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish project tasks.Guides and coaches team members, provides developmental feedback, and coaches other Project Managers.QUALIFICATIONSSignificant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.Experience in a similar position 10-15 years required (oil and gas business, power generation business, and/or OEM companies are valuable).Experience in EPC contract execution is valuable.Demonstrate experience with managing project risk and using quality tools to identify areas of risks.Real focus on HSE to minimize project risks.Technical education and background required.Experience in contract review and management required.Experience in management of multidisciplinary teams required, coaching, and mentoring skills.Fluent in English is a MUST.Availability for international traveling (50%). #J-18808-Ljbffr
