Embat was born in Spain in 2021 to design the best way for medium and large sized enterprises to plan their finances and monitor their cash flow in real time.Our mission is to build a product (SaaS) that leverages technology and excellent client experience to empower our clients to make the best business decisions by accessing the best financial information, 100x more efficiently than using Excel files.Composed of a fantastic team of people of 80+ members with different backgrounds and nationalities, we are backed by reputable international investors with the ambition to make Embat global and a great place to work We are backed by top-tier international VCs.In February 2024, we closed our third investment round worth 15 million euros This has been led by the renowned international investment fund Creandum, with the invaluable support of our all-time partners Samaipata, 4Founders Capital, and VentureFriends.What are we looking for?As a DACH Finance Account Executive, you will be a proven sales professional who speaks the language of finance teams, which means understanding what keeps them up at night, what financial products they use, working capital/cash seasonality, or any other theme that is relevant for them.We are making progress in our expansion to the UK and DACH market, so your focus will be on mid-market and enterprise customers, managing both short cycle and long cycle sales (typically from 2-4 months). Embat is a game-changer for these finance teams, so you should be able to successfully articulate our value proposition to CFOs, Head of Finance, Treasurers, or similar decision makers, which sometimes could be other C-level executives.What will you do? Understand the needs of finance teams regarding treasury management and articulate the value that Embat brings to them.Manage inbound leads and the entire sales & retention process for mid and large size businesses, typically interacting with their finance teams.Be responsible for generating your own leads through targeted outbound campaigns.Expertly manage multiple stakeholders and multitasking.Communicate effectively with C-level executives and senior managers (CFOs, Head of Finance, Head of Treasury, etc.).Travel as needed to meet clients and represent Embat in events, talks, and webinars, positioning the team as trusted experts in the industry.What are we looking for? Perseverant: You always find a very professional and engaging way of keeping the dialogue open, even when users don't understand at first.Experienced: 4+ years of experience in customer-related roles (sales and/or client relationship management) and understanding of B2B software solutions and finance.Team player: "We" is always before "I".Native German speaker and fluent in English and Spanish.You'll be our ideal candidate if: Experience with sales prospecting tools and CRMs (Hubspot preferably)
