Actualmente, para un contrato estratégico en Barcelona, buscamos un Project Manager de Contratos de Mantenimiento cuya misión será la de asumir una responsabilidad global con respecto a la planificación y ejecución del proyecto, actuando como conexión entre los equipos de trabajo y la dirección, así como canal de transmisión vertical a la hora de establecer estrategias que respondan a la visión empresarial y concretándolas de un modo factible, en función de los recursos disponibles, asegurando:La fidelización y satisfacción de sus clientes.El cumplimiento de los objetivos de margen (costes), alcance y cronograma establecidos.La coordinación y el desarrollo del equipo a su cargo, así como el correcto despliegue de la cultura y valores corporativos.Funciones a desarrollar: Supervisión presupuestaria: Escalar el presupuesto requerido, la gestión presupuestaria y la presentación de informes.Anticipar sobrecostes y proponer acciones/soluciones en caso necesario.Planificación y ejecución del proyecto: Responsabilidad general del proyecto (s). Supervisar y adaptar las acciones acordadas para lograr los resultados estimados.Asumir la responsabilidad final de la ejecución del proyecto, los resultados financieros, la gestión de riesgos, la calidad técnica, la recepción de obras, la elección de materiales, la planificación, la adquisición y los recursos, gestionando la relación con el cliente durante la ejecución completa del proyecto.Planificar y monitorizar el avance del proyecto, creando un Project Plan del mismo y manteniéndolo actualizado.Identificar, monitorizar y gestionar los riesgos de cada proyecto, desarrollando los planes de contingencia asociados.Reportar regularmente el estado de sus proyectos (avance económico y riesgos).En caso de retrasos en los proyectos, alertar y proponer soluciones alternativas.Implementación de la estrategia de negocio: Establecer y mantener el canal de comunicación entre niveles, apoyándose en el jefe de departamento para la dirección de sus contratos.Realizar un project review (lecciones aprendidas), produciendo la documentación asociada.Implementar los procesos/procedimientos definidos en la organización, responsabilizándose entre otros, del cumplimiento de la normativa legal en materia de PRL, Ética, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.Levantamiento de oportunidades de negocio/comerciales.Requisitos mínimos: Titulación superior universitaria en ingeniería industrial o similar (grado + Máster).Conocimientos específicos:Implantación de Herramientas de la Filosofía LEAN, dando continuidad al uso de buenas prácticas
