La función del/la Chef de Partie de Pastelería: Actualmente tenemos una oportunidad para un/a talentoso/a y creativo/a Chef de Partie de Pastelería que se una a nuestro equipo. Reportando al Chef Pastelero Ejecutivo, serás responsable de supervisar y coordinar la preparación de productos dulces, pasteles, panes, helados, sorbetes, compotas de frutas, chocolates y piezas de exhibición para pedidos de huéspedes y eventos de banquetes, asegurando una calidad constante siguiendo las recetas y los estándares de producción, porciones y presentación. Completarás la mise en place y prepararás las estaciones para el servicio, mantendrás un entorno de trabajo seguro y sanitario, etiquetarás todos los recipientes de alimentos y los rotarás según las políticas, asegurarás que todos los perecederos se mantengan a las temperaturas adecuadas, comprobarás los niveles de inventario, determinarás la preparación necesaria, asistirás en la planificación de acciones para controlar el desperdicio de alimentos, desarrollarás y guiarás al equipo, y garantizarás que nuestros huéspedes reciban los más altos niveles de excelencia en el servicio de manera consistente. Nuestro/a Candidato/a Ideal de Chef de Partie Tendrá: Un talento especial y pasión por asegurar que tú y tu equipo ofrezcan constantemente los más altos estándares culinarios, manteniendo la oferta gastronómica en el centro de la experiencia del huésped. Deberías tener experiencia en pastelería, panadería y supervisión en resorts de lujo, la capacidad de brindar orientación a otros y un toque creativo; aportando tu estilo personal y energía a todas nuestras experiencias de alimentos y bebidas. Al menos 4 años de experiencia en pastelería es necesaria, así como experiencia trabajando en pastelería en hoteles. Debes poseer el derecho legal a trabajar en España y tener fluidez en inglés y español
