In 2022, the combination of its physical platform - that currently counts 3,150+ Business Solutions Centers in 52 countries with more than 13,000 associates - with its PrestaShop e-commerce platform served over 1 mln business customers worldwide generating €1.3 bln (US$1.4 bln) of System-wide Gross Revenue and €22 bln (US$23 bln) of Gross Merchandise Value.MBE Worldwide is looking for a:Business Developer (Brazilian Portuguese, English)The candidate will join the Worldwide Development department in Barcelona and she/he will contribute to the growth of our indirect global network.We offer:Multi-disciplinary on-the-job training program to build a foundation of businessKnowledge, organization and development skillsInternational exposure in terms of organization and people interactionThe main responsibilities are:To manage lead generation activities improving the existing sources (Linkedin, Google Ads, and in general through Marketing Online Activities) and proactively finding new onesTo present the MBE business opportunity to potential Master Franchisees and support negotiations to achieve the final signature of the franchising contractTo negotiate and develop the agreements with suppliersTo support the start-up operations of new Master FranchiseesTo support the existing Master franchisee community in order to develop and support their networkTo manage and maintain the MBE guidelines and strategies to support the standards of MBE's products and servicesTo organize and coordinate activities concerning company events, international meetings and conventionsTo support translation and proofread the materials in Portuguese (Brazilian), occasionally assisting as interpreter during the meetings.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or similar with record of strong academic performanceMinimum two years related work experience in sales, lead developmentPrior international exposure (e.G. exchange program, language program, etc
