Since 2016, we've provided effortless access to top-tier, custom signage solutions, enhancing our partners' offerings and capabilities.We're now looking for a Customer Inbound Sales Representative to join our inbound sales team. This is a full-time, remote job opportunity.ResponsibilitiesManage inbound inquiries (emails, phone calls, and live chats via Zendesk) and serve clients from inquiry to sales stage.Input and enhance lead information in the CRM.Prepare and present quotes for client projects, collaborating with the design team as needed.Engage directly with clients via phone calls to answer questions, provide suggestions, and offer creative solutions for different options.Establish the best customer experience and increase the quote-to-sale conversion rate.Understand our products thoroughly to provide creative solutions for custom projects.Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to meet and surpass sales goals.Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini to refine communications and enhance client interactions.QualificationsBachelor's degree.Ability to work 9:30 AM–6:30 PM PST (Manila time 12:30 AM–9:30 AM, Tuesday to Saturday).Exceptional English communication skills (writing, speaking, and reading).Comfortable jumping on calls with clients; strong verbal English required.Experience with Gmail/G Suite; experience with Zendeskpreferred; familiarity with StreakCRM is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and support, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.Strong mathematical skills (high school level) to understand and perform necessary calculations.Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini for refining communication.Internet savvy, with a focus on eCommerce.Attention to detail.Good To HaveGood copywriting skills with a focus on crafting clear, compelling messages for clients.Ability to adapt communication style to various clients for platforms including email and phone calls.Experience in using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to assist in writing messages.Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.Work Schedule And Requirements9:30 AM–6:30 PM PST.
