As a leading global freight booking platform, we experience double-digit growth year after year.Job Description:Our Human Resources team is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with WebCargo leaders in developing and executing an HR strategy that supports growth, performance, and future objectives in multiple regions. This role involves managing the team's full employee life cycle, acting as a business partner and senior HR advisor/consultant, and developing and executing HR processes such as talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, career planning, training, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.Responsibilities include:Managing the team's full employee life cycle.Acting as a business partner and senior HR advisor/consultant.Developing and executing HR processes.Managing end-to-end recruitment cycles globally.Implementing creative recruitment strategies.Improving work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.Assessing team and organizational needs, making recommendations, and implementing solutions.Resolving complex employee relations issues.Providing guidance on business unit restructures and resource planning.Ensuring HR operations adhere to legal standards.Basic Qualifications:At least one year of experience in a HRBP/HR Manager role, with at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition. Excellent level of English and Spanish. Basic knowledge of Spanish Labor laws and payroll. Experience in legal procedures such as terminations.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in people's management. Experience in global and start-up environments. Experience with international employment options. Experience in working with an ATS. Up to date knowledge of recruitment best practices.
