Will work with external Vendors to process international payrolls. Responsabilities Oversee the end-to-end payroll processes for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Collect and validate employee data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes. Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings. Coordinate with internal finance team of disbursements of funds for employees, taxes, and other payments as necessary. Support implementation of a new global payroll vendor, providing standard methodology, and supporting discovery sessions with key partners. Review and validate payroll inputs, including employee data, timesheets, benefits, and deductions, for accuracy and compliance. Manage payroll data integrity and maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations. Conduct periodic payroll audits to ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve any payroll-related issues. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in global payroll management as well as legal requirements. Explores opportunities to simplify and automate processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness. Develops and documents procedural improvements. May be responsible for development and/or delivery of training related to payroll. Agility and Innovation Drive consistency in end-to-end payroll process supporting improved efficiencies/compliance and standardization. ProfilKnowledge, Skills, and Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of international payroll experience. Turkish and English are mandatory. Hebrew/French/Greek/Portuguese will be a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment
