About Us Instabee is founded through a combination of three leading Nordic last-mile logistics companies, now operating as one company with three consumer-facing brands: Instabox, Porterbuddy, and Budbee. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. We're fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we will not stop anytime soon. The Norwegian business, which is the primary focus for this position, is one of the largest and fastest growing markets in the group. All product and growth fundamentals are in place, so this is the time to push the pace and scale up our services to more consumers & merchants. As we expand, the complexity of our business grows in parallel. Therefore, we are now looking for a sharp, driven, and emphatic individual to join our ranks and contribute on what is sure to be an exciting journey ahead About the Role The Central Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full scope of Central Operations, which includes managing first, middle, and last-mile logistics for both our Box and Home delivery services. The role involves leading and motivating the team to achieve common goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation, continuous process improvements, and risk management. Close collaboration with other departments and external suppliers is an instrumental part of this role. Key Responsibilities Leading, coach and motivate the Central Operations team (a team of 6) Responsible for team results, including both cost and quality performance Continuously identify improvements areas and drive positive change Ensure strategies and operating practices aligns with Instabee's long-term objectives Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve company-wide goals. Ensure quality recruitment and onboarding, making sure the team has the right resources and capabilities. What We're Looking For Hands-on leader with aptitude for managing and motivating teams Result-driven individual who thrive in a KPI driven environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements Emphatic collaboration style, and ability to adapt communication to different target audiences Fluent in both Norwegian and English Direct leadership experience is not a requirement for this position.
